Legalisation of foreign nationals

Blue Card – Highly qualified employment

Comprehensive support in obtaining the EU Blue Card for work requiring high qualifications

Hiring foreign nationals in Poland involves numerous formalities, changing regulations and responsibility on the employer's side. At Good Balance we provide comprehensive legal support for the employment of foreign nationals — from preparing the documents to obtaining administrative decisions.

The legalisation of employment covers the entire process that allows a worker to legally perform work and reside in Poland. Our support includes the preparation of declarations, work permits, visas, residence cards and any documentation required by the authorities.

We prepare the documents, file the applications and conduct correspondence on your behalf. We represent your company in administrative proceedings and provide support in the event of inspections or refusals.

For how long is the permit issued?

The permit is issued for a period 3 months longer than the period of work resulting from the contract, but no longer than 3 years.
