The legalisation of employment covers the entire process that allows a worker to legally perform work and reside in Poland. Our support includes the preparation of declarations, work permits, visas, residence cards and any documentation required by the authorities.
We prepare the documents, file the applications and conduct correspondence on your behalf. We represent your company in administrative proceedings and provide support in the event of inspections or refusals.

An EU long-term resident permit is intended for foreign nationals who have legally and continuously resided in Poland for at least 5 years and meet additional formal conditions.
For an indefinite period
The permit is granted for an indefinite period, while the residence card is issued for a fixed period and must subsequently be replaced.
Who can
An application may be submitted by a foreign national who meets the requirements relating to residence, income, insurance and the Polish language.
The permit provides a stable basis for residing and working in Poland. Various legal grounds for the foreign national's residence in Poland may be counted towards the required 5-year period.
Benefits
Obtaining the permit grants the right to reside in Poland for an indefinite period. A person holding such a permit may also work in Poland without the need to obtain an additional work permit.
5 years of residence
Various legal grounds for residence in Poland may be counted towards the required 5-year period.
We help to prepare the documentation required for the EU long-term resident permit application.
The application must include identification documents, payment confirmations and information regarding the place of residence.
We verify the completeness of the documents before filing the application.
The foreign national should provide a document confirming knowledge of the Polish language at level B1 or higher.
The Polish language requirement does not apply to persons who have not reached the age of 16 on the date of filing the application.
Depending on the situation, the authority may require documents confirming residence, income, insurance and sources of support.
We help to select the attachments according to the foreign national's specific situation.
The application is filed electronically through the MOS system. Before submission, the required information and documents must be prepared, an account in the system must be set up and the form for the EU long-term resident permit must be completed.
MOS system
The procedure starts with completing the electronic form and attaching the required documents.
Fees
Attaching payment confirmations to the application can speed up the proceedings.
Let's talk about your situation — we will prepare the documents, check the conditions and see the process through to the end.
